Join us for our 2022 Central Valley Region Interdisciplinary Symposium on Education Research (CV-RISER)! The symposium will be held at the University of California, Merced, Conference Center from July 22–24.
Our main sessions will begin Saturday, July 23, 2022, at 8:45 AM PT and conclude Saturday at 8:00 PM.
The last day for vendor/sponsor registration is June 12th.

Sponsor Registration Tiers
General Symposium Sponsorship – $500
- This award helps to support general symposium costs for the venue and catering.
- This level sponsorship covers the cost of one symposium registration and a table in the main ballroom.
- Sponsor information will be included in CV-RISER materials including the website and program.
Student Scholarship Award Sponsorship – $1,000
- This award will support undergraduate and graduate students from Central Valley colleges and universities to help cover the cost of lodging for 10 students ($700 in dormitory-style housing) as well as poster competition awards for 2 students (first place $200, second place $100).
- Additional awards in this tier will continue to support registration and lodging costs for students, followed by Central Valley community college faculty.
- Recipients of this award will be recognized during the dinner awards ceremony with an announcement of the sponsor that funded the award. Photo opportunities are encouraged with awardees.
- This level sponsorship covers the cost of two symposium registration and a table in the main ballroom.
- Sponsor information will be included in CV-RISER materials including the website and program.
Friday Mixer Sponsorship – $2,500
- Contributions in this tier support the Friday mixer event in downtown Merced.
- Sponsor information and promotional materials will be on display during the mixer. During announcements, sponsors will be recognized.
- This level sponsorship covers the cost of two symposium registrations and a prime location table in the main ballroom and during the Friday mixer event.
- Sponsor information will be included in CV-RISER materials including the website and program.
Sunday Research Retreat Box Lunch Sponsorship – $5,000
- Contributions in this tier support the Sunday research retreat where symposium researchers focus on developing and making progress on their collaborative education research efforts.
- Sponsor logos will be displayed on the box lunches and promotional materials may also be included in the box lunches for participants.
- This level sponsorship covers the cost of five symposium registrations and a prime location table in the main ballroom on Saturday and outside the research rooms on Sunday.
- Sponsor information will be included in CV-RISER materials including the website and program.
