One-Button Studios
We are happy to announce the opening of two One-Button Studios! Located at the Teaching Commons in KL 350 and 352, the One-Button Studios are built to allow faculty to easily record instructional videos. Each studio has a camera, microphone, laptop hookup, sound dampening, and studio lights. Faculty can choose to record their videos to USB or have them immediately uploaded to their Kaltura MyMedia accounts for easy sharing in CatCourses.
Learning Glass
The Learning Glass is a transparent lightboard that allows instructors to create visual demonstrations of concepts directly on the glass while maintaining face-to-face contact with the students. Instructors can easily illustrate their concepts or equations using colors for emphasis and contrast. Students feel more engaged when viewing these videos because the Learning Glass videos feel more personal, like a conversation rather than a lecture.

Green Screen
With the Green Screen, instructors can display background images and videos for a more visual and dynamic learning experience for the students. Instructors can easily illustrate their thoughts and concepts using visual images that appear on screen as the instructor is lecturing.
